Digital Eye Strain, or computer vision syndrome, is a temporary eye condition that occurs as the result of focusing the eyes on a digital display for extended, uninterrupted periods of time. You can get eye strain simply from using a digital device for more than two hours at a time. Research suggests that that up to nine in every ten computer users suffers from Digital Eye Strain.
